Finding a Solution Historical data was paper based and in excel requiring us to transition to an electronic audit tool and database. Cast Solutions developed a range of visual analytics data insights. Cast Solutions developed metrics (Lead and Lag) and operationalised end-to-end. This provided enhanced decision making and analysis. The solution needed to be mobile (smartphone, tablet, desktop).

The success of audits, skills, compliance and trend analysis has been transformational for the business. They are adopting it across their broader maintenance contract portfolio. The metrics monitoring has enabled early identification emerging high risk areas of concern, enabling action and improvements across the business.
The Client Our client provides utility maintenance services nationally. This contract has 350 internal and external personnel with 85% field based.. Field workforce safety is the top priority as the works are often on roadways with heavy traffic. The service provision is also a high risk activity, with inherent workforce safety complexities.
